DONOR DARAH DAN PETANDA ANEMIA PADA PENDONOR SUKARELA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN

Abstract


 

Pengabdian masyarakat bertujuan mendorong kepedulian kampus dalam kegiatan sosial masa pandemi covid-19 serta mewujudkan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Dosen di Perguruan Tinggi untuk ketersediaan stok darah. Pendonor darah adalah orang sehat bukan pecandu alkohol maupun obat-obatan dan tidak mempunyai riwayat penyakit berbahaya. Seleksi awal dilakukan timbang berat badan, tekanan darah, anamnesa dan dilakukan pemeriksaan hemoglobin. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya resiko terjadinya anemia pada pendonor, hal ini mendorong pengabdian ini sekaligus memeriksa petanda anemia pada pendonor. Pendonor kami bagi menjadi pendonor pertama dan pendonor berulang (≥2 kali). Kegiatan “Donor Darah” ini dilaksanakan Juli 2021 lobi Gedung C Dekanat Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Bentuk kegiatan berupa donor darah dan pemeriksaan petanda anemia pada pendonor meliputi: hemoglobin (Hb), Hematokrit (Ht), jumlah eritrosit, indeks eritrosit. Peserta 27 orang dengan 21 orang dinyatakan boleh mendonorkan darah. Terdiri dari 8 pendonor pertama dan 13 pendonor berulang.  Hasil pemeriksaan petanda anemia tidak ada perbedaan  bermakna antara pendonor pertama maupun pendonor berulang. T test independent meliputi :jumlah  ritrosit(p=0,334),Hb(p=0,634),Ht(p=0,488),MCV(p=0,99),MCH(p=0,823),MCHC(p=0,61).Pelaksanaan sesuai rencana dan berjalan dengan lancar. Kegiatan ini merupakan kerjasama FK UNSOED dan PMI Kabupaten Banyumas. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada perbedaan bermakna petanda anemia pada pendonor pertama maupun berulang pada pendonor.
