ANALISIS ORIENTASI BERWISATA DAN KEPUASAN WISATAWAN PADA OBYEK WISATA ALAM DAN OBYEK WISATA BUATAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin pentingnya sektor pariwisata bagi perekonomian karena berdampak pada usaha jasa restoran, jasa perhotelan, jasa trasportasi dan industri kreatif. Disisi lain persaingan antar obyek wisata semakin ketat. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis orientasi berwisata dan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung wisatawan baik pada obyek wisata alam maupun obyek wisata buatan sebagai dasar untuk merumuskan model peningkatan loyalitas wisatawan berbasis bauran wisata (tourism mix) di Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden, yang terdiri dari 100 responden pengunjung wisata buatan dan 100 responden pengunjung wisata buatan, alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan orientasi wisata dimana pengunjung Lokawsiata Baturraden lebih berorientasi lain (kesenangan) sedangkan pengunjung The Village lebih berorientasi edukasi. Pengunjung Lokawisata Baturraden telah puas, sedangkan pengunjung The Village belum puas, tetapi mereka bersedia untuk berkunjung kembali dan bersedia untuk merekomendasikan ke orang lain.

This research is motivated by the growing importance of the tourism sector for the economy because it has an impact on restaurant service businesses, hospitality services, transportation services and the creative industries. On the other hand competition between attractions is getting tougher. Based on these problems it is necessary to conduct research to analyze the orientation of the tour and to analyze the level of satisfaction of tourist visitors both on natural attractions and artificial tourism objects as a basis for formulating a model of increasing tourist loyalty based on a tourism mix in Banyumas Regency. The sample in this study was 200 respondents, consisting of 100 respondents of artificial tourism visitors and 100 respondents of artificial tourism visitors, the analytical tools used in this study were descriptive analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that there are differences in tourist orientation where Lokawsiata Baturraden visitors are more oriented (pleasure) while visitors to The Village are more education oriented. Baturraden's Lokawisata visitors were satisfied, while The Village visitors were not yet satisfied, but they were willing to visit again and were willing to recommend to others.
