BOBOT DAN PANJANG USUS HALUS SERTA BOBOT ORGAN ASSESORIS AYAM BROILER DENGAN PEMBERIAN BERBAGAI JENIS ACIDIFIER

Abstract


Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian acidifier probiotik terhadap bobot dan panjang usus halus serta bobot organ assesoris pencernaan ayam pedaging. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan dengan rancangan acak lengkap dari 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari R0 (ransum basal), R1 (ransum basal + asam sitrat 1%), R2 (ransum basal + asam laktat 1%), dan R2 (ransum basal + asam format 1%). Peubah repon yang diukur pada penelitian ini meliputi bobot dan panjang relatif usus halus dan bobot relatif organ asesoris pencernaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan uji beda nyata terkecil. Hasil dari penelitian pemberian acidifier probiotik memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,01) pada bobot realtif usus halus, organ asesoris pencernaan, dan panjang relatif usus halus bagian doudenum, jejunum, sedangkan pada bagian usus halus ileum berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05). Disimpulkan dalam penelitian ini pemberian acidifier probiotik asam sitrat dan laktat dapat sebagai alternatif antibiotik.

The study aimed to determine the effect of the probiotic acidifier on the weight and length of the small intestine and the weight of the digestive organ of the broilers. The method was field using with a complete randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments were consist of R0 (basal ration), R1 (basal ration + 1% citric acid), R2 (basal ration + 1% lactic acid), and R3 (basal ration + 1% formic acid). The response variables were relative weight and length of the small intestine and relative weight of the digestive accessory organ. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance and Tukey test. The result of this study showed that the addition probiotic acidifier were not significants effect (P>0.01) on relative weight of small intestine, digestive accessory organs, and relative length of small intestine of doudenum, jejunum, but the small intestine ileum had significant effect (P>0.05). The conconclusionof this research was addition of citric and lactic acid can be used alternative antibiotic.
