PENGARUH COST EVENT, EVENT CONVENIENCE DAN SERVICES EVENT TERHADAP EVENT VENUE SATISFACTION PADA EVENT VENUE PLACES DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Abstract


Penelitian dilakukan untuk untuk menunjukkan bagaimana biaya acara, kenyamanan, dan kualitas layanan penyedia jasa persewaan gedung pertemuan dapat mendorong kepuasan pengguna dan pengunjung acara di gedung pertemuan. Penelitian melakukan pengembangan model cost event, event convenience dan services event terhadap event venue satisfaction yang dilakukan pada empat event venue place di Kabupaten Banyumas, yaitu Auditorium Graha Widyatama, Gedung Soemardjito, Gedung Paschalis dan Auditorium UMP. Desain penelitian menggunakan survei dengan sampel pelanggan dan pengunjung gedung yang berjumlah 110 responden. Metode penelitian adalah metode survei dan observasi dilapangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan analisis jalur dan Importance Performance Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan gedung pertemuan memberikan pengaruh yang relatif besar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada 4 (empat) gedung pertemuan di Kabupaten Banyumas selaku pengelola gedung venue mempunyai aspek kompetitif advantage yaitu kualitas pelayanan tertuang dalam sistem dan proses pelayanan merupakan modal utama perusahaan dalam menjual jasanya dan sudah mencangkup lima sub variable yang ada yaitu tangible, tealiability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy.
